GTM Growth Specialist - AI & Automation
- Remote
- Marketing
Job description
At ChartMogul, we’ve spent the past decade building a best-in-class platform trusted by thousands of SaaS businesses worldwide. Our mission is simple: to help SaaS companies grow revenue faster with confidence. Whether you're a founder working toward your first $1M in revenue or a CRO scaling a $50M business into new markets, ChartMogul is the go-to tool for making smarter decisions and driving outcomes.
We’re looking for a fearless, in-the-know GTM Growth Specialist who can look critically at the business and identify opportunities to drive thousands of top-of-funnel leads and trials. You’ll be empowered to design, run, and refine creative experiments that attract high-quality prospects. No idea is too bold. We value sharp thinking, a bias for action, and a deep curiosity about what can successfully grow trial sign ups. And just as important, you’ll bring a clear point of view on what works (and what doesn’t) in demand generation and be ready to back it up with insight and data.
Some examples of the type of work you might do and areas of ownership…
Design high-performing marketing campaigns that showcase ChartMogul’s strengths and drive high-value trials
Own and optimize our paid acquisition efforts across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more. This includes ad creative, landing pages, and budget allocation
Test various new channels every quarter and scale what works. Stay ahead of the industry and tech trends in other ways by bringing fresh ideas to the team, like reaching potential customers through Slack groups or underrated Reddit pages
Use new demand generation strategies that unlock new acquisition opportunities for ChartMogul’s subscription analytics platform and CRM
Build AI tools, agents, and workflows that automate repetitive tasks so you can focus on creativity and strategy
Work alongside a small tenured team, reporting directly to the CRO and collaborating closely with RevOps, data analytics, and in-house creative
While this is a remote position, we are only able to consider candidates who are based in timezones GMT+1 to GMT+9.

A track record of running successful marketing experiments, campaigns, or programs that directly contributed to pipeline and revenue growth
“Ship it”-mentality with the goal to put quality campaigns in front of prospects as fast as possible and acting with urgency
